By popular demand, a 2012 reunion gathering is now officially scheduled.
We have settled on October 27, 2012, as an informal class gathering. The same format & spirit as we enjoyed October 15, 2011, but maybe fewer balloons, so there are fewer to take down.
Come join in the fun & re-connecting……friends, spouses, brothers, sisters, faculty & other classes are all welcome !!!!
You can eat, have a beverage or two or simply stop and say hello.
See the photos & report on our 2011 reunion at our web site to see what you missed. Yes, we are all older, more wrinkles, less hair, extra pounds, but amazing how well we can remember what happened 46 years ago like it was yesterday and have fun doing.
Schedule: 5:30 PM – close
5:30 – 6:30 Social hour/ cash bar. There is a large outdoor patio area with approximately 30 tables available but NOT RESERVED for our group. The live band starts playing around 7:30 allowing us time to occupy as much space as we need.
Space & time to sit or stand, catch up with old friends.
6:30 – 7:15 Enjoy BIG Barn BBQ food & beverage service of your choice.
7:30 A live band, “ To Be Named”, will play music of our generation until 11:30 with regular breaks.
7:30 – close (about 12:30 AM) more time to visit and enjoy the evening.
Old times there are not forgotten! - BE THERE !

P.S. In 2011, on reunion night we cheered the Tx Rangers to the AL Championship final game vs Detroit @ Big Barn BBQ in front of their 2-3 TVs inside. I show game 1 of the World Series starts on Oct. 24. Game 3 will be in the AL city & hopefully we can cheer the Rangers to a World Series game victory. Just in case you are a Rangers fan, you won’t miss a play!!!

A GREAT time by all at our 45th Reunion ! ! !
We had a great time October 15, 2011 at BIG Barn BBQ for our RHS '66 45th reunion.
Our gathering Saturday night started at 5:30 pm. We did lots of visiting, had some cool drinks, ate a little BBQ. When the band swung into full amp. at 7:30, we were back and
forth from the patio to inside continuing conversations and cheering the Rangers to a rousing blow away victory against Detroit.The weather was beautiful with just enough breeze to keep our blue, gray & red balloons moving to the sound of the conversations, music and occasional dancing. Richland Rebel represented Richland High School in Fort Worth, Texas as Mascot and Icon beginning in 1961. Political correctness terminated Richland Rebel's RHS representation a few years ago. Today, Richland Rebel is archived in the memory of former students as "old times there are not forgotten".
